In general, each operator or owner has relationships with catering companies. Upon booking and in collaboration with the operator, the broker will suggest, specify and prepare the customer’s meal menus.
Most operators and according to the category of aircraft, provide free drinks such as soft drinks, water, tea and coffee, but on the other hand, if the customer opts for a full meal service, there may be some additional costs.
